Earth Day Bird Houses
We went to an Earth Day celebration at the Ogden Nature Center on Saturday, with a lot of activities and fun things to do. Our favorite thing, however, was the hundred or so unique birdhouses they had along a path. The girls each picked their favorite birdhouses and are now begging to make some for our yard.

A Hunting We Will Go
We had a fun day of Easter Egg Hunts on Saturday--we actually went a little overboard, going to four different hunts, including one at the Salt Lake Bees baseball park, the grocery store, the city park and a family hunt in our backyard. Tanner really wanted to have nothing to do with the whole Easter Egg thing, but the rest of the kids had a lot of fun. Kaitlyn wants to add that she only got 2 eggs at the city park hunt (but cleaned house at the grocery store hunt).

More pics from trip
Here's some pictures from our trip to Israel. These were all in the Galilee region, where we saw such things as Nazareth, Capernahum, the Mount of Beatitudes, Tiberias, Megiddo, and so forth. We enjoyed "sailing where Jesus walked" with a boatride on the actual Sea of Galilee and learning all about his life here in this region.

Big Trip report!
We just got home from a 12-day trip to Israel and France. It was a wonderful trip and we had a great time with my family in Israel for 10 days touring all the amazing sites in Jerusalem, Galilee, Dead Sea, Bethlehem and everywhere else. We're still getting the pictures together from Israel and I'll post some of those soon. On the way home, Tami and I (and Carter!) stopped in Paris for 2 days and had a great time eating crepes and bread and pastries and cheese and croissants and . . . oh yeah, we saw a few things too. Here are some pictures from Paris!
