Candy Houses

Baby Logan was tons of help as we made a candy house this weekend. Our usual experience is that enough of the candy gets dropped/licked/smashed while being put on the house that the idea of actually eating the candy house is rather nauseating.

Home from Hospital

We got Logan home safely and are somewhat ready to let the circus begin.

He's here! He's here! Logan Paul Richardson, born on Dec 8, 2010 at 1:20 PM. He weighed in at 8 lbs even and 20 inches long, and has a hint of red hair. He's absolutely beautiful and we are so pleased. His sisters are so excited they can hardly stand it, while his two brothers are warming up to the idea. He's here!

Violin Virtuosos

The girls are all in the Pizzicato Strings violin group and this weekend, they performed at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building on Temple Square. They did a great job! Very proud of them.

Under Construction

We celebrated Carter's 2nd birthday with a construction party. Carter loved the new tools and dumptrucks to play with, as well as lots of attention as we played "Duck, Duck, Goose" ("Tractor, Tractor, Crane!"), hide-and-go seek, and the ever popular tickle machine. Happy birthday, Carter Jay!

Happy Halloween!

We had a fun (but wet!) Halloween, with way too much candy making its way into our house and tummies over the weekend. Tanner, Carter and Lauren went the Toy Story route with Buzz, Woody and Little Bo Peep, while Ashley was a hippie and Kaitlyn was a fortune-teller gypsy. Lots of fun!

Halloween Happenings

There's been lots of Halloween parties and carnivals at school and church and Dinosaur parks and Gardner Village and everywhere else. Lots of fun!
